By accessing or using repscore.xyz ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users worldwide.
RepScore provides on-chain reputation scores for Solana wallet addresses based on publicly available blockchain data. The Service includes wallet scoring, token lookup, leaderboard, watchlist monitoring, badge generation, and wallet verification features.
RepScore is currently in public beta. Features may change, scores may be inaccurate, and the Service may be unavailable at times.

RepScore uses automated algorithms to analyze on-chain data. Scores may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We make no warranty that scores accurately reflect a wallet's trustworthiness or risk level. Scores are based on available data at the time of calculation and may not reflect recent events.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on RepScore data.

The wallet verification feature requires a 0.01 SOL payment. This payment is non-refundable. Verification confirms wallet ownership via message signing — it does not constitute endorsement of the wallet by RepScore. Verified status may be revoked if we determine it was obtained fraudulently.
The RepScore brand, website design, scoring algorithms, and software are owned by Super Dev Labs. The scoring methodology is published openly for transparency but may not be copied commercially without permission.
On-chain blockchain data used in scoring is public information and not owned by RepScore.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Dev Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Dev Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. EU users retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
